Merin Hill

Located in Lekino Brdo, in Maksima Gorkog Street, Merin Hill is positioned in a peaceful location, providing a sense of privacy. Close to the highway, Autokomanda, Juzni Boulevard and Slavija – it enables an excellent connection with all parts of the city. Kindergartens, schools, shops, banks, pharmacies in the immediate vicinity additionally save time.

The design of the project is inspired by the latest global apartment construction trends, insisting without compromise on the premium quality of the construction, which makes the Merin brand recognizable. Special attention and care have been paid to designing each apartment, with a focus on the optimization of the structure, the surface and the functionality. The required housing comfort is provided by de luxe apartments with private gardens.

The two-story penthouses have created an additional note of luxury. They are designed in the form of spacious living rooms with opulent, breathtaking balconies, as well as the separation between the living unit and the sleeping unit, in order to provide additional comfort to its residents.

Special attention was paid to the flooring, as one of the main elements of the interior. Exclusively for the purposes of this project and in cooperation with the architects, Tarkett has designed a special parquet as a customized solution from Step XL&L collections. 

It is a multi-layer parquet made of one piece of wood. Furthermore, the natural beauty of each wood flooring plank is emphasized through the effect of bevelled edges, within a superior quality structure.
