The Medicover hospital, located on Fabrica de Glucoză Street in Bucharest, is a leading international healthcare and diagnostic services provider, founded in 1995 and listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2017. It is designed to offer multi-specialty, integrated medical services to meet the needs of the growing metropolitan population.

Dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and for reasons related to safety, comfort, and infection control, the Medicover hospital chose to install Tarkett flooring - heterogeneous vinyl and specialized floor and wall solutions for wet areas, developed specifically for healthcare environments. The installed heterogeneous vinyl floors from the Acczent Excellence 80 collection combine durability, hygiene, and aesthetic appeal tailored to the demands of healthcare facilities. Available in different constructions, these floors are ideal for both residential spaces and high-traffic areas such as schools and hospitals. The acoustic versions features a foam interlayer to reduce sound transmission and absorb shocks, enhancing comfort and wellbeing.

A permanently static-conductive flooring which were installed, from collection iQ Toro SC, were developed for use in operating theatres, x-¬ray rooms, clean rooms and laboratories. This collection also offers extreme durability, as well as superior wear, stain and abrasion resistance for heavy-traffic areas. 

In addition, flooring and wallcoverings for wet areas from the Granit Mumtisafe and Aquarelle Wall Hfs collections were installed.
