Some great challenges had been set before the architectural studio “Gušić Architecture” regarding the decoration of this apartment of only 40 square meters. The two-member family wanted to make their living space simple and purified, without superfluous elements, and at the same time the renovation was supposed to be cost-effective and fast.

Using some cost-effective means the maximum effect has been achieved quickly and efficiently. In the case of this Belgrade apartment, it was certainly confirmed that “Less is more”.

Special attention was paid to the choice of materials, therefore fine materials and sophisticated details were chosen. Due to durability and easy maintenance, the selected flooring was Tarkett LVT, from the ModularT 7 collection in the concrete design.
The interior is dominated by white and grey nuances, while stone and wood textures (combined with black details) are used to accentuate certain elements. Various effects and interior dynamics have been achieved by combining different types of lighting (spot and line lighting), carefully selected and integrated into the space.

Tarkett LVT collection ModularT 7 follows the latest trends in ceramics and wooden flooring. The design of the collection is applicable in modern architecture – for everyone who loves simplicity, as well as uniqueness, while paying attention to detail. The possibility of matching different designs, textures, sizes and colors is a unique advantage of this collection. The designs are inspired by wood and concrete.
